It’s been said that most people do not get a good quality nights sleep on a regular basis. While there can be a wide variety of factors as to why, I wanted to share some tips, tricks, pointers, and affordable products that may be of help.
1:) Mattress Pad- Mattresses are a very expensive investment. Even when you think you purchase a good one, it may not be the perfect fit. We got a new mattress about three years ago and within a year, I could feel the indent of where I sleep each night. Big disappointment since it was not a cheap mattress. 2:) Fan- We run our ceiling fan in our room every single night. The light cool breeze it sends down helps keep me cooler and fall asleep faster. This combination helps keep me cool, comfortable, and prevents me from getting restless.

Most are huge, lumpy, uncomfortable, and bulky, which may look nice, but are impossible for me to get comfortable and fall asleep on. I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters.
