I truly enjoy cooking and baking for my family most of the time.  I love creating yummy recipes from scratch when time allows and serving fresh from the oven goodies.  I didn’t get much of that growing up but my husband did so it’s something I strive to do for my husband and children.  I love hearing my husband talk about all the things his mother would make and serve or about how she always had fresh goodies ready for her family.  With that said, time does not always allow me to create recipes from scratch.  When that happens, I turn to packaged goods.  Thankfully, there are companies out there, like Cherryvale Farms, who offer a healthier alternative to many of the boxed mixes.

We received the 6 Pack Variety from Cherryvale Farms. For review, we tested out the “Everything But The… Bananas” Organic Banana Bread Mix.  Cherryvale Farms has created products that are simple to make.  All we had to add was the bananas, oil, and water.  Then, after mixing a bit, pouring into a greased pan, and baking, we got to enjoy delicious fresh-baked homemade tasting Banana Bread.

The Banana Bread was so delicious that I was tempted to make the rest of the products but I decided to hold off and save them for after the baby comes.  I know I will have to take it easy when recovering from surgery and the Cherryvale Farms mixes are so simple that I can have our 9 and 7 year olds whip a package up for a delicious snack during that time.

Cherryvale Farms strives to offer the best products made with the finest ingredients.  Their products are free from artificial colors, preservatives, and flavors to provide the best tasting products possible.  While the “Everything But The” line may contain dairy and egg products, they are free from any nuts and are produced in a facility that is also nut free.
