When applying cosmetics, your tools are just as important as the cosmetics are. For the last couple of years, I have been using the same tools to apply my make-up. They were great tools when I first got them; however after a couple of years of using them, they are starting to fall apart. I decided to treat myself to new tools for Christmas. I found what I wanted at ecoTools.

A passion for beauty and the environment lead to the creation of ecoTools. EcoTools believes you can live beautiful and make earth-conscious choices while doing so. Their tools are made with GREEN materials including: bamboo, recycled aluminum, recycled plastic netting, natural loofah, cotton and ramie.  They are cruelty free, paraben free, phthalate free, latex free and formaldehyde free. EcoTools currently offers cosmetic brushes, hair brushes, bath & spa tools and false eyelashes.

For my review, I received an ecoTools Day to Night Set, Mini Essentials Set, Foam Applicator Brush, Lash & Brow Groomer Brush, Collector’s Brush Roll, Pure Complexion Facial Sponge, Loofah Bath Sponge, and a Smoothing Detangler Hair Brush.

Oh my, from the moment I opened the shipping package, I was impressed. These brush sets look great and they feel very well made. As you can imagine, with new tools, my make-up is going on smooth and more evenly. Plus, I don’t have to pick brush hairs off my face! The Collector’s Brush Roll is a great place for me to safely store all of my new make-up tools. I like having them all in the same place. No more digging through my cosmetic basket searching for one tool or another.

The Pure Complexion Facial Sponge and Loofah Bath Sponge feel wonderful. They both help exfoliate dead skin cells leaving you smooth and radiant.

Last, but certainly not least, the Smoothing Detangler Hair Brush helps me easily brush through any tangles I may have in my hair. It works great on my two young daughters’ fine hair as well.
