A few months ago, I began using essential oils topically. I could feel them working pretty quickly. I love the idea of having a holistic way to bring harmony to my mind, body and spirit.
Shortly after my introduction to essential oils, I had a friend ask me if I had tried using essential oils in an aromatherapy diffuser. She informed me that not only are the oils effective when used topically, but the aroma is also beneficial to your health and well-being. I did some research and found a company called ZAQ. ZAQ specializes in essential oil aromatherapy diffusers. For my review they sent me a Dew diffuser.
The Dew diffuser has a compact contemporary design that makes it great for an office, therapy room, or bedroom. It is considered a mid-size diffuser at 7.1” x 4.2”. The Dew diffuser holds 80ml of water. It is energy efficient and runs for approximately four hours before automatically turning off. Multi-colored LED Lights provide a comforting glow. When the diffuser is running there is a subtle water sound that is very soothing.
I am really pleased with the Dew diffuser. I have it next to my work desk. Currently, it’s diffusing tea tree oil. The combination of the aroma and the soothing water sound, makes me feel more tranquil while I’m working. I don’t find my stress building as fast as it did prior to the aromatherapy diffuser.
I would like to get two more Dews for my daughters’ bedrooms. The girls seem to always get coughs this time of year. Diffusing essential oils near their beds could help reduce/remove those germs and provide them with comfort if/when they do become ill.
ZAQ is preparing to also offer a line of handmade high quality essential oils. They plan to offer 10ml bottles of lavender, lemon, orange, peppermint, eucalyptus and tea tree.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I’m still on the hunt for an essential oil diffuser and love this little one. I don’t have much space and want it to be very portable and eye pleasing. This fits the bill.
