How do you start your days? Do you have a go-to breakfast? I do my best to help my daughters eat a breakfast full of proteins. At six and eight years old, they are starting to make their own breakfasts. When I have Jennie-O sausages and bacon in our refrigerator, they gravitate towards using those products along with farm fresh eggs and fresh produce to make their breakfast.
