I am in the midst of planning a big Pirate Birthday Bash for our kids. Since it’s difficult and time consuming to plan friend birthday parties for five children each year, I decided that every year or two, we’ll team up and do a big birthday bash for everyone! So the time has come. The theme has been chosen and it’s time to welcome Pirate’s from near and far. So when I saw Pirate’s Booty at a local store, I knew it would be the perfect snack to have at the party.
Pirate’s Booty is currently available in their limited-edition Marvel’s Avenger packaging. Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor and Black Widow have joined forces with the Super Pirates from Pirate’s Booty. What could be better than Pirate’s AND Super Hero’s!
While I know Pirate’s Booty is a popular snack, this was our first taste of it. This delicious puffed rice and corn snack has no artificial colors or flavors and is even gluten free! We sat down as a family and popped some Pirate’s Booty open. It was clear from the golden silence that this snack was a hit. Then my husband was looking at the bag and surprised and said, “Hey, these are even good for you!” I love being able to pronounce and recognize every single ingredient used. I’ve even decided to take advantage of the Marvel spin and am going to have the treasure hunt end with a Treasure Chest full of Pirate’s Booty and Capes for the kids.
Pirate Brands has definitely stood the test of time. They have been creating and offering delicious snacks since 1987. I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
