Thank you to eco-centric mom for providing me with product in exchange for review purposes. All opinions belong to me.

As everyone knows moms often times make time for everyone else’s needs and forget their own. While there is the once a year Mothers Day for moms to get special treatment. The amount of work done deserves a bit more than once a year treatment if you ask me. Thats why I’m happy to share with you Eco-centric mom!

Eco-centric mom is a subscription box that provides you with eco conscious treats every other month. They have 3 options to choose from all of which containing 5-9 items. The first is the mom box which is packed full of products to really pamper a mom! Pampering things like skin care and make-up are only a small portion of what you might get. Next is the mom and baby box, which is aimed at moms and newborn through 18 months. Organic first foods and things like natural diapering items are some things you can expect to receive, as well as products to make a mom feel pampered! Lastly is the pregnancy box, similar to the mom box this focuses solely on mommy but in a way that helps her care for the little one growing within. Things like skin care (a true gift during pregnancy) and even whole food prenatal vitamins! Each box costs $24 every other month and has a value of $24-$50!

I received a mom and baby box for review. Inside was a product card that explained every product, as well as each website and the value! Also included on the card was some helpful mom tips for taking time for yourself to really center yourself.

The first thing I was excited about was the two packages of snacks inside provided by simply 7, quinoa and hummus chips. Nature is beautiful and it tastes great! Why mess with perfection? We believe you can balance healthiness with taste to be deliciously wholesome. Simply 7 ensures that every ingredient is not only natural but is SIMPLE. Their 7 core standards are: 0 Grams Trans Fat and No Cholesterol, Gluten-free, All Natural Recipes, No artificial colors or flavors, No Preservatives, Simple Ingredients and Simply Delicious.Product Pricing: Hummus Sea Salt 1oz – $1.00, Quinoa Sea Salt 0.8 oz, $1.00. I have tried a lot of chip substitutes like plantain chips and haven’t been impressed. The nutrition in these alone really sparked my interest as the quinoa chips contained 7 grams or protein in one serving! Onto taste, they were amazing! I immediately went to the website to see where I could find them near me!

As I’ve been really busy and had no time for research I was especially grateful to receive some organic natural sunscreen from Goddess Garden. They say “We created Goddess Garden because our family loves the great outdoors. Unlike traditional chemical sunscreens, Goddess Garden is safe, effective, biodegradable, and free from harmful chemicals”. Product Pricing: $14.99-$17.99 for 3.4 oz bottle.

My two kids ages (3 and 14 mo) were very anxious to sit down together and read Sing-Along Fun’s Old MacDonald Had a Farm. Exciting new sing-along series with stunning illustrations to engage and entertain little ones! This Sing-Along Fun series brings to life some of the most famous nursery rhymes. These books include the famous rhymes Old MacDonald Had a Farm; The Wheels on the Bus; Row, Row, Row Your Boat; and Five Little Monkeys. Charming illustrations make these books the perfect introduction to classic nursery rhymes! The Carry-Me handle makes it easy for children to take their book with them wherever they go. Product Pricing: $6.99

Inside was also a protein packed quinoa dry cereal from Nuturme. NurturMe is the first and only family of certified-organic, dried fruit and veggie meals and snacks created to nourish healthy growth and overall wellness in little ones. For this NurturMeal, simply mix with water, breast milk for formula. All of NurturMe’s products are kosher, non-GMO, and gluten free. Live a yummy life! Product Pricing: $1.19. My little one isn’t fond of this type of texture so we added this into a regular smoothie and it was great!  $1.19 per pouch

My 3 year old often times needs incentive to take a bath, and receiving the Weleda Calendula Cream Bath was just enough to get him excited! Cream Bath from Weleda, makers of natural skin and baby care since 1921, is a gentle, all-natural milk bath and baby wash made with Biodynamic® calendula to softly clean and leave a warming, protective layer on your baby’s skin. Product Pricing: $17, 6.8 fl oz.

Bella Organics unscented body butter was included in this box and was very non-greasy and moisturizing, I used it on my rougher patches of skin I can sometimes get. Unscented Body Butter. Made with only 5 simple organic ingredients, our body butter is safe for both mom & delicate baby skin! Bella Organics body butter has a wonderful creamy texture and does not contain any water, so a little goes a long way! Product Pricing: (ALL) 0.25 ounces for $3.99

Finally the part that really helped me feel pampered, the Lillian Eve nail polish, I normally have the hardest time justifying any money spent on myself let alone for things like nail polish. I really needed this little pick me up, considering I’m in the middle of building a chicken coop this polish held up quite well. Lillian Eve is a mompreneur founded nail polish company committed to living a colorful life. Our nail polishes are vegan, cruelty-free, and toxin-free. Sweet Dreams and Bliss are two of our most popular polishes from our new spring collection, Just Breathe. Product Pricing: $12 for 0.5 fl oz or 15 ml – No expiration.

I know for a majority of my mom friends they would love to receive a box like this, as its something that honors the passion they already have, mothering! Pamper the crunchy mom in your life with an Ecocentric mom box!

I live subscription boxes and I live that this one is nice for the mommy! It’s so true that we put others before ourselves mostly so it would be really nice to get a little treat every other month.

I am making my way through your subscription box posts and love this one. I received some light pink nail polish in a multi-item package, not a box subscription, but it was the thing I used and loved the most and I still have it. I don’t buy it often like you so it was fun to get. I always like organic sunscreen too since it seems to be sunny here in LA all the time.
