Growing up, I remember hanging out in the living room with my siblings and dad as he would flip through the channels looking for a good show. Eventually he would settle on something, sometimes I would enjoy the show and sometimes not so much. However, one of the great shows that we were always excited to catch was Knight Rider. So when I learned that Mill Creek Entertainment’s May releases consisted of this series, I was really excited to re-experience a piece of my childhood.
Knight Rider features David Hasselhoff and his supercar, K.I.T.T. in a variety of high energy and intense episodes. Ride shotgun with detective Michael Knight (aka David Hasselhoff) as he fights crime with his artificially intelligent, talking car. Like a scene out of the future, K.I.T.T. is full of spunk with his fun personality as well as designed completely full of high-tech gadgets.
I am so excited to share this great series with my own children now. To this day, I still love thinking about a scene where the bad guys were trying to get into Michael’s car but the doors were locked. When Michael would pull, the door would open but he’d quickly shut it again. But when the bad guys would immediately try after, K.I.T.T. would lock up tight again. It’s a funny scene that has stuck with me since the 80’s and I can’t wait to relive all the excitement! So far, the kids are completely enthralled in Knight Rider too. It’s every bit as good as I remember it, maybe even better and our kiddos think it’s awesome and want to have a Knight Rider marathon to watch both seasons all at once!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

I watched Knight Rider growing up and it still is on our local COZI TV channel every day! I love that Mill Creek Entertainment is able to bring back and offer so many of our favorite shows.
