I’ve struggled with headaches and migraines for about 15 years now. Of course, this week my chiropractor was closed for vacation and a headache decided to come on strong. I had already charged it for the required 8 hours before first use so I connected the pads and wires and followed the directions to get started. I simply turned the unit on, chose which function I wanted, and then increased the intensity to the level I desired. I had set the timer for 30 minutes and enjoyed a peaceful relaxing session on my couch with my TENS Unit.
After my session was over, I could definitely feel a difference. My neck was less stiff and, while the headache did not disappear completely immediately, it diminished some which was great and within an hour it was completely gone! What a remarkable looking unit. I get the worst ever cramps in my legs. I wonder if this would help.
Tens units are amazing! They seriously help relax muscles! Love that Trumedic has one where a perscription isn’t necessary!
