I knew years ago, you could have a phone unlocked for a fee from your carrier. This is a brilliant idea. We dont have a cellphone, but have thought about getting one. I didnt like being ‘locked in’ to a particular phone especially at some of the pprices. I will have to see what Best Buy is up to!
