I honestly cannot remember the last time I’ve gotten jewelry for myself. I have 5 ear piercings and wear earrings all the time, but I’ve been wearing the same ones for at least 2 years. I also have had on the same necklace for at least 5 years. While these pieces mean a lot to me, I thought it was time for a change. I was ecstatic when Eye Candy LA reached out and wanted to do a review for the Holiday Gift Guide. It seemed like perfect timing!

Eye Candy LA is a website that sells trendy jewelry. They have pages and pages full of chokers, delicate necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, and more. They also happen to sell really awesome vintage band and pop culture t-shirts. I received chokers, earrings, a necklace, and a t-shirt for review.

Set of 4 Stackable Chokers – If you haven’t heard, chokers are probably the biggest comeback trend this year. I decided to get the set of 4 so that I had options. You get the colors red, black, pink, and grey-ish white. Not only can you wear one of these by itself, but you can also layer them and have a stacked set of chokers. The chain is super easy to close and the choker doesn’t “choke” you; it fits comfortably on your neck. I love the 90’s look and the fact that you can layer these with other chokers, or any necklace of your choosing.

Starshine Necklace – Layered necklaces are in right now, so I wanted to get one for myself. I received the Starshine Necklace and I absolutely love it. I thought that it was going to get tangled a lot, but it doesn’t. I love that the moon has a face; it brings this piece to life and that’s why I love it so much. I love wearing this with the chokers I received because it’s even more layered. The quality is great and this will definitely be replacing my old necklace.

Eye Candy LA has a massive amount of earrings on their site, but I was drawn to the more simple stud earrings. I wanted something that I could wear everyday if I wanted to. I was afraid that they were going to irritate my ears, but so far I haven’t had any bad reaction. It’s always a hit or miss with earrings, but these are actually great quality and I am excited that I can wear them all the time.

Sun and Moon Stud Earrings – I really loved this set of stud earrings because not only was it unique to have different shapes in each ear, but it’s simple enough that I can wear these with anything. One earring is a star and another is a moon – so cute! These even match the Starshine Necklace I received.

Kitten Stud Earrings – These earrings are perfect for cat lovers like myself. The one pair is gold with clear crystal eyes, the other is black with blue crystal eyes. Not only are they adorable, but they are affordable and high quality. The detail went into making these is incredible. You can see the lines and shapes that make the cat face look pretty realistic. These earrings aren’t too heavy on my ear and they are a great standout piece.

Sublime Mens Tee – Finally, I received the Sublime Mens Tee for my boyfriend, Kyle. I thought it would be great to show that Eye Candy LA not only sells women’s items, but men’s items too (there’s even a kids section!) The shirt is incredibly soft and true to size. Kyle and I occasionally listen to Sublime, but Kyle loves their crying sun logo so I knew once I saw this shirt that this was the one I had to get. I also like the faded black color – it shows how vintage Eye Candy LA made their shirts look. It gives it an old school feel.

Overall, I love everything I received. I like that I found some new staple jewelry pieces without having to go out and shop in store. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish Eye Candy LA had more descriptions on their website. I would of liked to see if the earrings were made of a certain material, or if the shirt was all cotton or not.
