I have been back on Nutrisystem for three months. Most days, it has been fairly easy for me to follow the Nutrisystem Uniquely Yours program. I like being on a routine. I like being able to pick and choose the meals that are sent to me each month. Nutrisystem fits my needs and wants.
I love that my two young daughters are also participating and learning a new lifestyle. They enjoy taking turns selecting my day’s menu. Often, they will choose my meals and then ask if they can have something similar. Together we are all learning how to make healthier choices.
For Christmas, Cheyenne gave me a homemade coupon book. Most of the coupons involved choosing and making a Nutrisystem meal for me. She was so proud to give me the book she had made. It is precious. <3
My progress this week
Weight loss- 2 pounds
Arms- 1 inch
Chest- no change
Waist- .5 inch
Hips- no change
Thighs- no change
Calves- no change
Total- 1.5 inches
My three-month results
Weight loss- 22 pounds
Arms- 4 inches (2 inches off each arm)
Chest- 4.5 inches
Waist- 10.5 inches
Hips- 7 inches
Thighs- 9 inches (4.5 inches off each thigh)
Calves- 7 inches (3.5 inches off each calf)
Grand Total- 42 inches
GOOD NEWS! Nutrisystem has asked me to continue my journey with them for an additional three months. I am thrilled! I can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate this opportunity.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

22 pounds is awfully impressive really for 3 months! I am thrilled you get to do it for 3 more. I also am impressed you continue to lose through the holidays, if you can do that, you can do anything. Keep it up!
