The next holiday on the calendar just so happens to be Valentine’s Day.  We don’t have any big celebration planned but we’ll probably make a craft, eat some heart shaped cut-out cookies, and create a delicious treat to drink.  Our Valentine Sweet Punch Recipe is always a hit for the kids (and the husband) so I wanted to share it with you all today.  It does take a little prep as the “topping” needs to be in the freezer for about 5 hours.

Valentine Party Punch Recipe + 16 Oz. Pioneer Woman Mason Jar W/Lids Set

Valentine Sweet Punch Recipe

  • 2 Cups Whipping Cream
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Cranberry Juice
  • 4 Drops Of Red Food Coloring (OPTIONAL- if you want a deeper color)
    Step 1:  Whisk the whipping cream for about 4 to 5 minutes or till nice and fluffy. 
    Step 2:  Gently Stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
    Step 3:  Add cranberry juice and mix again.  The mixture should be light pink but if you want it darker, this is where you’d add the food coloring.
    Step 4:  Pour into a glass pan, cover with parchment paper, and place in the freezer for about 5 hours to harden.  This is your ice cream topping.

  • 1 Can Frozen Orange Juice
  • 1 Bottle of Berry or Cranberry Flavored Juice
  • 1 (2 Liter) Bottle of Sierra Mist
    Step 5:  After the topping is done, mix on the punch by adding the orange juice, berry juice, and sierra mist together and stir well.
    Step 6:  Add the desired amount of punch into each jar or cup and top with a heaping scoop of the ice cream topping.  You could also sprinkle with some fun Valentines themed candy sprinkles if you’d like too!
    Step 7:  Watch the kids devour this yummy concoction and beg for more 🙂

Of course, you can serve up the ice cream alone if you’d like as well.
