My husband has been talking about getting into better shape lately. Developed by fitness guru John Abdo, essentially the AB Doer 360 is a convenient workout device that helps target your abs and core. Each unit consists of a seat, two arm bars, and a massage roller system. Assembly of the AB Doer 360 is fairly easy. The legs just need to be unfolded and the rest of the pieces are just slipped and pinned together with only the back piece utilizing a bolt. The last step is to attach the wobble cushion to the seat by the velcro. Even with several friendly little helpers, we were ready to rock in under 10 minutes.

I’m usually skeptical of these types of exercise machines. I prefer to read reviews from real people about the product. I’m not sure this is a fit for our family but it looks like it works for your husband.

I have heard of John Abdo. He has put out a number of products. I hadnt seen this one in some time, and it looks like some improvements have been made. I hope it works well for Ryan this seems to work more on the core .

I have yet to receive my machine or a refund! I ordered about 10 weeks ago! I have asked over and over to stop being charged, they continue. As well, I have accumulated fees at my bank because of this! I have not yet received any refunds! Poor customer service! The guy on the phone knows me when I call, blames “middle management.” I want my money back plus the 96.00 in fees!

Oh no! Thank you so much for sharing your customer service review with everyone! I’ve heard of people suggesting going around companies that do things like this. Did you try reaching out to your bank or credit card company directly and tell them these are unauthorized charges?

Like machine, very much dislike company. Advertised lower price than charged, no way to contact company to disagree. Fortunately Discover had my back. Beware of companies that have no humans to talk to
Hard to believe with as much work as your husband has with a farm, he has time to exercise. That really says a lot for him, does he have a lot of little helpers when he works out? 🙂
