They say the best way to start the day is with a nice big hot breakfast. However, our family loves enjoying a yummy breakfast food meal for lunch and supper some days too! There’s really no bad time of day to have delicious breakfast comfort food and Krusteaz’s awesome mixes to help me get a wholesome and hot breakfast on the table quicker.

Krusteaz has so many great options including their complete line up of waffle and pancake mixes. With all of the choices, there is definitely something for everyone’s preference, including organic and gluten free mixes too!
The perfect addition to the hot breakfasts in our home are muffins, eggs, bacon, or sausage. While Krusteaz doesn’t have a meat line, their muffin and crumb cake mixes are amazing! Each of us seems to have a different favorite but we love the ease these mixes provides while still delivering mouth watering flavor.
I really love how I’m able to create a delicious hot meal in about 30 minutes by utilizing Krusteaz products. I called the kids into the kitchen at about 11:30 to get busy making “lunch” and we were sitting down to a piping hot, and may I say scrumptious, meal shortly after noon. They love helping in the kitchen so we all took turns measuring, dumping, stirring, turning sausages, and scrambling eggs.
A couple of fun little accessories that Krusteaz sent along for us to use was a non-stick T-fal frying pan and some pancake art molds. We’ve always loved T-fal but this was my first experience with art molds. But it was so much fun and super easy to have pancakes shaped like a heart or star! The kids absolutely loved them and all jumped and laid claim over the fun shapes instead of the typical circle.
As usual, Krusteaz was a hit in our house. I had tripled the batch and the pancakes were polished off while the muffins also disappeared quickly. Krusteaz offers easy prep and delicious results to it’s always a win-win!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates.
