When asked about my best physical feature I’ll usually say my smile. I have pretty straight teeth for never having braces and my teeth stay pretty white thanks to me abstaining from coffee, tobacco and red wine (some of the top teeth stain causers). I had seen the new Colgate commercials on TV showing you shaking the mouthwash and I was excited to have the opportunity to try out Colgate Total Advanced Health mouthwash to see what the shake was all about!
I have been using Colgate Total Advanced Health mouthwash for about a week now, twice a day. It contains two layer technology: a green and a blue liquid that must be shaken well before each use to activate and mix the two together. The shaking is kind of fun.Watching it settle again is also strangely calming! I found that it takes about 10 second of shaking to get the two liquids mixed well and they separate again after about 30 seconds. Colgate Total Advanced Health mouthwash removes 24 times more bacteria than ordinary, non-antibacterial mouthwashes. 99% of germs are killed on contact. They say that you can actually see the bacteria removal in the sink – I definitely saw something in the sink so if that was all the bacteria removed, that was pretty neat! It reduces plaque, freshens breath and helps reduce the chance of gingivitis. It comes in a fresh mint flavor that is strong but not overpowering. I also appreciate that there is no burn of alcohol. I’ve actually looked forward to using the mouthwash every day!

This is not a good product. Since using this my back tooth hurts soooooo bad and the right side of my tongue. One week. In done with Colgate any and all of it. I hurt so bad. Going to the doctor. The whole right side of my face is in excruciating pain.
