For the last six months, I have been on Nutrisystem’s Uniquely Yours Women’s weight-loss plan. Six months sounds like a long time, but it has really gone by quickly. During this time, I have been reminded about proper portion sizes as well as how to make healthy choices. I have learned a few new tricks as well. It has been a fun journey thus far!

As of today, I have lost thirty pounds and a total of fifty-one inches (arms two inches, chest five inches, waist twelve inches, hips eleven inches, thighs five and a half inches and calves four inches.) My hips and knees no longer ache. My skin has cleared up and taken on a healthy glow. I have more energy during the day and am sleeping better at night. I feel great!

I am ready to begin the next phase of my weight-loss journey. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated! My goal is in sight and I am confident I will reach it with the help of Nutrisystem’s Uniquely Yours Women’s plan.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list.
