The following rules apply to all giveaways unless the blog post specifically states a different rule.

For each giveaway, only one person per household is allowed to enter. If I have multiple giveaways going, household member “a” can enter giveaway 1, and household member b can enter giveaway 2, but household members can’t enter the same giveaway.

If you enter using a ‘follow by google friend connect‘ entry, you must leave your GFC name so I can verify.

If you enter using a “like a facebook page” entry, you must leave your facebook name either in the comment section or in the name section of the comment form so I can verify. Commenting on a fanpage is not required for the facebook ‘like’ to count as an entry. I will never ask my readers to comment on a facebook page for an entry, as it’s against facebook policy.

If you enter using a “follow on twitter” entry, you must leave your twitter ID so I can verify.

If you enter using a “I blogged about this giveaway” you must include a link to the giveaway in the blog post,and leave a URL to your blog post so I can verify.

If you enter using a “tweet” entry, you must have included a shortened URL to the giveaway in the tweet, and leave the tweet URL so I can verify.

If a giveaway allows “tweeting” for an entry, Tweets are permitted as an entry once per day, unless otherwise stated.

If you tweet as an entry, I must be able to view the tweet (meaning your tweets aren’t private or protected) so I can verify.

Aside from tweeting and voting entries, all entries are only allowed to be used 1 time per giveaway.

I do not limit how often a person can win my giveaways.

I do not limit how many of my giveaways can be won by the same person.

You do NOT have to be a ‘new’ facebook fan, twitter follower, etc to count the entry. All new and past/current fans, followers, subscribers etc get to use the entry.

Entries must be in before the end date and time. (I typically end giveaways at noon, so entries left at 12:01pm and later will not count)

You do NOT have to put your email address in the comment portion of a giveaway. I can access it when you include it in the comment form.
