YES!!! The Lip Locked lip balm is tingly. There are actually two lip balms in the pack. One is a vanilla flavored balm and the other is more minty. Yes, ladies, the Lip Locked has a cinnamon-flavored tingle. It’s very yummy. An honest-to-goodness “spark” might be a bit dangerous, like the spark you get from carpet in the winter. So, we’ll leave creating the sparks up to you. 🙂
