That’s a bummer :(. Like your dogs breed, pugs have wide chests too. As I mentioned in this blog post, it seemed like different styles of the outfits fit differently (like some mediums fit my 22lb pug and some did not – and a few in size Large do fit but some are WAY too big). Have you tried any of the knit or sweater like outfits? Those tend to have more stretch and so then that my dogs are between because they’ll stretch – it’s also good for male dogs because the smaller outfits are also shorter in length so then you’re less likely to have the problem with the material getting peed on. I’ve never experienced that but my male pug bends WAY back on his other side when he goes potty, it looks like he’s going to fall sideways almost, haha.
