I have been having a really difficult time losing weight since giving birth (I’ll be 4 months PP on the 11th), which sucks, because I’ve always been a skinny b****, lol. Not anymore! I don’t get it; I’m EBF, working out at the gym three times per week, and doing P90x at home, but am still not getting the results I want. Ryan’s weight loss is so inspiring (my hubby’s mom had similar results), so I will definitely look into Nutrisystem! Thanks for the recommendation!

I think a cabin without internet access is a great place to unplug and unwind. Great about the continued weight loss. Nutrisystem makes it easy with the food prep.

I had no idea nutrisystem meals were so easy… just a microwave and water is totally something we could do with our busy lifestyle. Then there’s really no excuse not to eat healthy!
