I make jellies, peppers and pickles. I never knew an electric canner even existed. The chocolate raspberry sauce sounds amazing. It would be fantastic over ice cream.

i love the combination of chocolate and raspberries. it might just be my favorite. Also, during my pregnancy, raspberries might just be the only healthy food i ever truly craved; with a side of swiss roles of course.

I have never seen these colored jars before anywhere I live. They sure are my daughter’s favorite color and would definitely make a fun and pretty gift for someone. I use to can alot but now mostly jellies and pickles are all I do. I will try the raspberry sauce though as I have beautiful big raspberries growing in my yard. I have to save some as they are sooo good I eat them like the kids when we pick them. 🙂

I didn’t know they made that pretty color of canning jars. I used to have the equipment to can but in a tiny apartment, I just can’t anymore. I love getting it as a gift though since it’s homemade.

This sauce sounds amazing and the process doesn’t seem so daunting. I haven’t done any canning since I canned blackberry jam with my mom, aunts and grandma. It was a big assembly line every year and I loved being included. The kit looks like it makes everything easier.
