I like the idea of these but I would have to alter the recipe a bit for my family. They would never go for the green chiles are spicier cheese. I think they would like a tamer version of it though.

This is a pretty interesting tater tot recipe. I’m not a fan of chorizo though, it has a lot of weird chunks. 😀 I could switch out with seasoned taco meat.
