I love getting to share my favorite childhood characters and movies with my children! 🙂 A few our my favorites are Mickey & Minnie, Gumby & Pokey, My Little Pony, Strawberry Shortcake, Looney Tunes, etc. There are so many that have continued over the years, I love it! 🙂 My youngest daughter loves Minnie too, she’s actually getting a couch with her on it for her second Bday this weekend!

I don’t ever remember seeing moms and daughters in matching outfits growing up. lol I know when my kids were little, I loved when they started enjoying something I thought was cute. Now my boys are older, and we don’t really like the same characters any more. I’m still Disney characters, and they’re more action figures. lol

That is a very cute (yet not “cutesy”) bag! We used a canvas bag for a diaper bag because my husband would carry it – and it was something we both felt good carrying. As for Disney? My son’s first love was Mater from Cars. He also loved Frozen. He also really loves Mulan. It’s fun to see what stories they love most.

That bag is adorable – I like the black/red color scheme. As a Florida native who moved to Southern California, Disney has been part of my life since I can remember. I did share my love for Disney characters to my kids when they were little. We’d sit and watch cartoons/movies together. I’d tell them about my favorite character and how old I was when I was able to watch a full length Disney movie. (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – I still remember!). For my daughter’s first birthday, I had a special cake made for her – “The Little Mermaid” complete with an Ariel figurine. 🙂
