I have to be able to eat nearly the same food as my family – can’t afford another meal. I did Weight Watchers and had good luck. I just had surgery this summer so trying to get back to working out.

I can’t afford the nutrisystem meals, but I can certainly learn how much exercise, water and things that go long with it. It is nice they have an app for you to keep track. It is also nice your daughters will see you exercise- you mind find yourself playing which IS exercise and you and the girls will get to spend time together.
