Thank you to Nutrisystem for providing me with product in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Are you ready for the holidays? Today is my last day of calm before the “storm”. The next couple of days, my daughters’ have multiple Christmas programs at their school. Then this weekend we will celebrate Christmas with my in-laws. The following weekend, we are hosting a get-together with around thirty friends/family members. It will be chaotic, fun and magical. I am really going to try to enjoy the moments and not worry about what needs to be done next.

Today, I want to share a recipe with you. As I have said before, with the Nutrisystem Uniquely Yours program, you get to eat a flex lunch and a flex dinner, once a week. This Turkey Cranberry Salad recipe is great for one of your flex lunches. Bonus, it could help you reduce some of your holiday leftovers!
Ingredients-
4 oz turkey, shredded
2 Tbsp. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup dried cranberries or cranberry sauce
Pepper, to taste
Directions-
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. You can eat is straight from the bowl, serve it in lettuce wraps or add it to the top of a salad. The Turkey Cranberry Salad recipe makes two flex lunches for a woman or one flex lunch for a man.
My progress this week
Weight loss- no change
Arms- no change
Waist- no change
Hips- loss .5 inch
Thighs- no change
Calves- no change
Total- .5 inch
Grand total- 20 pounds and 39 inches
Non-scale victories- I am down a notch on my belt. I am also starting to have people ask me if I have lost weight or comment on my weight loss.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

It’s always good to lose the weight slowly I think. It gives your skin a better chance of bouncing back and of course you want those good habits to stick. Holidays are hard so no gain is a victory.

It looks great. I didn’t think that their food would be delicious. But my sister eats nutrisystems and she love the food.

I’m so used to salad recipes using mayonnaise that I end up scrolling past them. The yogurt though makes this flavor combo sound delicious! I can’t wait for the next turkey leftovers now. 🙂
