I use a cleanser with essential oils in them like tea tree scrub. I also make my own shampoo, soap, and body oil. I have Lupus which causes all types of skin rashes, so it was best for me to make my own soap. It is also super easy, with many recipes on the internet to get started.

I am pretty good for doing most of what you suggest in your tips which is great but something I do need to start doing i carrying around oil blotting papers! Will make such a difference i’m sure

These are great tips. As I have gotten older I have dry skin more than oily, but I have friends who are oily still. Moisturizing is always important no matter what your skin type. I like the idea of blotting papers too.
