This just made up my mind for dinner tonight, especially since my husband just got 8 cartons of organic cage free eggs from work for free. He works for Amazon as a delivery person and they often clean out freezers/fridges and throw out the food (still good) to make space for new stock. My husband came home with $250 worth of food, all organic, and I have to use up a bunch of things that I can’t freeze. These egg recipes look so delicious and we really love eggs.

I have NEVER heard or saw anyone use vanilla in scrambled eggs. But you know I am going to try it using one egg to see if I like it. Might give it a great different taste.

Besides a life skill, they learn math by measuring, following directions and so much more. It looks like your kids really enjoy it.
