When my girls were young, I got a similar item for my oldest and a vet kit like it for daughter #2. They spent more time playing with those gifts than anything else they got for Christmas, and continued using them for a long time afterwards. He has seen his mother battle cancer twice in his almost six years of life. One day, out of the blue. he said to me that he wants to be a doctor so that he can make his mom and I all better. He would love this to get a sense of what doctors do.
