Thank you to Infusion Market for providing me with products to facilitate my blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.

While searching the internet for recipes and inspiring ingredients, I came across Infusion Market. Infusion Market features Sprig products. Sprig products are made with natural ingredients that are full of flavor.

For my review, I received an assortment of Infusion Market products that included a Sprig Demerara Sugar with Vanilla, Sprig Ginger Marmalade, Sprig Golden Matcha Tea, Sprig Passion Fruit Malagueta Pepper Sauce, Sprig Natural Vanilla Extract, and a Sprig Chipotle Smoked Sea Salt.

Sprig Demerara Sugar with Vanilla combines the rich dark caramel flavor of demerara (raw sugar) with bold Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. This isn’t your ordinary sugar. In my opinion, this is finishing sugar … I may have just made that term up. Sprig Demerara Sugar with Vanilla would be perfect for topping your special sugar cookies, a warm rice pudding, and/or a fresh from the oven scones. Think of Sprig Demerara Sugar with Vanilla as the tiara on your special recipes.

Sprig Ginger Marmalade blends Montane ginger with green lime. It creates a fresh and spicy flavor profile. Infusion Market suggests spreading Sprig Ginger Marmalade on toast, paired with a fine cheese or used as a sweet and spicy glaze. I decided to try it on homemade pancakes. Wow! It made ordinary pancakes taste sophisticated … I didn’t even know that was possible. It was so good! Now I want to try it as a glaze on grilled pork chops.

Sprig Golden Matcha Tea is Japanese-style green tea.  Tender green tea leaves have been hand-plucked and ground into a soluble powder. Golden Matcha Tea can be enjoyed without brewing or steeping. In having green tea in this form, it retains all of its nutrients.  Sprig Golden Matcha Tea has a fresh earthy flavor. I recently came across a recipe for matcha ice cream. I think I will try making a batch later this summer.

Sprig Passion Fruit Malagueta Pepper Sauce features the Malagueta pepper, a chili widely used in Brazil, Portugal, Mozambique and the Caribbean. The Malagueta Pepper is a small green pepper. It has a heat range nearing 100,000 Scoville units. Wow, that is spicy! Sprig combined the Malagueta Pepper with passion fruit to create a more palatable hot and sweet sauce.  Sprig Passion Fruit Malagueta Pepper Sauce is versatile in that it can be used as a marinade, salad dressing, dipping sauce, or anything else you wish. Unfortunately, when I ordered this, I didn’t realize that it had coconut in it. I am allergic to coconut so, I am not able to try this sauce.

Sprig Bourbon Vanilla Extract was created with Madagascar vanilla beans. Madagascar vanilla beans are known for superior flavor and aroma. Sprig Bourbon vanilla is dark, silky and rich. It has an aroma that is bold yet delicate. It is absolutely delicious! We first used it in a batch of homemade waffles. The Bourbon vanilla took the waffle flavor to a whole new level. Oh my goodness, they were good!

Sprig Chipotle Smoked Sea Salt combines Pacific Ocean sea salt with chipotle chilis from Mexico. This blend is a nice balance of heat and salt. We have used Sprig Chipotle Smoked Sea Salt on an assortment of meats and veggies. It is a nice addition to whatever you are cooking. Call me crazy but, I want to try Sprig Chipotle Smoked Sea Salt on watermelon fresh from the garden this summer … assuming we have some left.

We are impressed with our Infusion Market goodies. I look forward to trying more of their products in the future.
