I’m in my 6th decade & will be moving into my very first apartment, by myself, soon. I could really use the skillet. Cooking for 1 is difficult but I like leftovers & dishes that freeze well. Also, these skillets go from stove top to oven! Wow, one fewer dish to wash!

I damaged my wife’s cast iron skillet. She has had a stroke and is recovering. I need another in place when she finally is able to cook again. P.S. We are surviving on my cooking and the takeouts from a local restaurant.
