Love potato & broccoli soup but have never made it. This looks really good and so simple to make. I like that you use frozzen broccoli in it. Have never used bread bowl for anything beside onion zoup but this sounds really good

This is a great recipe. I like it uses the cream of chicken instead of cream. I like the creambase, but I think this type keeps and rehats so much better. We are now entering some cold months in fact it was 45 this morning! I also like this wih the cauliflower mix and you are right bread bowls are awesome!
