What a great way to get young ones to have some veggies. The children I know love chocolate so to have double chocolate and then have nutrition in it all the better.

This looks like such a treat. I think like this the kids would eat some of it. As a veggie, the kids would normally say no to a zucchini bread.

Zucchini bread! Never tried it, I never even heard of it before! But I love zucchini (and of course, chocolate!). This is going on my to-do list. Pinned and planned! (Also love the tip about putting a little salted butter on it!).

I’ve never tried to make zucchini bread, but it looks amazing! I love chocolate (probably a little too much), so I know I’d love this! I think I would feel a little less guilty because it has some veggies. THat’s healthy right?

I have never had chocolate zucchini bread. YEARS ago a neighbor had a garden and at least twice a week I would come home to a basket on my porch full from her garden. And she had a lot of zucchini so that is when I learned to make the bread. Your recipe really looks easy going to have to make it.

Ha! Here is Iowa we have the same ‘tradition” with zucchini! Those things grow like crazy and are never fail. I think everyone has a recipe for zucchini bread they use! This looks good and is a nice little twist. Yes, count it as vegetables too hey how can you not?
