So many great ideas for left over pulled pork. I have used mine in pork enchilada and have added it to sauerkraut.
You can do so much with pulled pork.

These are good ideas but we don’t have to worry about pulled pork going to waste. We really love BBQ pulled pork dinners. I can put anything on the side and they will eat it.
