This smoke detector is one to add to my wish list. I didn’t know they expired either. I like the 10 year battery life!

I love that this has an LED light! That is an awesome feature. The auto check function would be very helpful too! This sounds like an impressive smoke alarm.

That is news to me too that smoke detectors expire but it does make sense. Ours are old and do need to be updated.

This looks like a great detector. We live in a rental and ours is literally wired in so I had no idea they needed to be replaced.

This is great info. I never new they expired. I have a few battery ones that you replace and a few 10 yr lithium battery ones. Love these have a light on them
