I have this one and it just broke yesterday. It keeps flashing the P letter. I can’t find anything online how I can get it under warranty.

i need to contact customer assistance , i only washed my heating pad twice on gentle 7 air dry. The white plastic part on the back came off. Iam a senior on a fixed income. Please help !

I have not been able to find any info manual on this product. There is no contact info for obtaining information. My heatingg pad reads “P” on the control unit while it is correctly plugged in. Any info?

I used my heating pad recently after working in my yard all day and it really helped. The two hour auto shut off is so convenient especially if used at bed time.

I have a heating pad that i have used so many times for aches and pains,,its almost wore out,,i need a new more up to date one, like a bigger size on like that ,and that it has a cut off safety feature,,cause i have forgot to turn mine off a time or two

I would like that big size. I like the 2-hour cut off feature. It is a good safety item.
