This is so useful! I also use a mattress pad under my fitted sheet. Not only does it protect your mattress, but it is so much easier to clean to wash up that dead skin and such. My mattress pad is several years old and finally wearing down. I love that this one is cooling because when I hit 50 last year, my “change of life” arrived right on schedule, and the hot flashes are awful. I sleep hot anyway, so these waves of heat are very uncomfortable. This sounds perfect for us hot sleepers!
