I make something called Hot Pepper Pie using the sloppy joe recipe and adding Hot pepper sauce, made by a local company. You can make it regular, mild or hot they can on the differences. You brown your beef, add what ever spices, and the pepper sauce. Let it simmer for 10 minutes or so. You partial bake your crust, and when you take it out. Add shreded or sliced cheese on the bottom of the crust. Pour meat & sauce over the cheese, more cheese on top. Make for 15 minutes. Let it cool some
