I have reached out to LetPot service department and they have been no help. There 12 month warranty is worthless and you can only reach them between 5am to 12 noon our time. Very disappointed with my $260.00 dollar piece of garbage. don’t waist your time or money there are plenty of other systems that are much cheaper and work very well.

I have always loved the idea of being able to grow my own herbs and vegetables, but with the unpredictable, brutal weather I have where I live it seems way too hard. It only makes sense to grow them indoors, hydroponically. I am definitely going to have to get one of these now!
