Even if it doesn’t get used often, a good roasting pan is a must-have in my kitchen. But from what I can tell, this beautiful Hexclad Hybrid Roasting Pan is one that wouldn’t be pulled out only at turkey time – it looks like it would also be useful for many other cooking and baking tasks. What a lovely pan!

I’ve never seen HexClad cookware before, but it sounds like it makes the cookware much more effecient. Its really pretty too! haha! A roasting pan would be a good investment for the Holidays with all the cooking for family gatherings!

The HexClad Hybrid Roasting Pan sounds like the perfect cooking item for my kitchen. I love that it has even heat distribution and a non scratch surface . I did go to their site and their products are not cheap, however, the quality would be well worth the price. I really like the rack that sits inside which would be perfect for allowing fat and grease to drip from your meal.
