This is a terrible review, you don’ t actually say anything/ much about what the machine does or how it makes you feel. Is its loud? The resistance on the bands, are they easy to attach, how is the resistance of them? How do the acupressure points feel on your shoeless feet. What difference do you notice between the different levels/ modes. What immediate impact? did you feel like your muscles got a proper workout, were you “good” sore. Did you legs/ body tingle from the vibration. FAIL. I would not rush out to buy this based off of your review. You basically regurgitated the information I could find myself on the Lifepro website. LifePro, you should make her pay for the machine.

I have not heard of vibration plate workouts, but it makes sense that they would be a good way for building core strength. Something that I would like to try and add to my routine.

This sounds like a really fun exercise machine to use! I love how easy it is to use and that it actually does what it says it’s going to do. I am definitely interested in trying one now.
