Rhubarb Strawberry Bake Recipe

- 4 Cups (10 large stalks) Fresh Rhubarb, peeled and chopped
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 (3oz) Strawberry Jello
- 1 White Cake Mix
- ⅓ Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Water
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
- Grease a 9x13 pan
- Peel and chop your rhubarb into about ½ inch pieces, then place in 9x13 pan
- Pour 1 cup sugar and dry Jello mixture onto rhubarb
- Pour dry cake mix into the pan over other ingredients
- Melt butter and mix with water
- Pour water and butter mixture over white cake mix
- Bake at 350° F for 50-60 minutes until browned
