The Best [and Easiest!] 4 Ingredient Shredded Chicken Recipe

- 1 Medium Onion, sliced
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (or 6 Chicken Thighs)
- 1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce (Primal Kitchen Golden BBQ is our favorite!)
- 1 Bottle Italian Dressing
- Slice the onion and lay it in the crockpot.
- Place the chicken over the onion.
- Pour the barbecue sauce and Italian dressing over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 5 hours, then shred chicken.
- Serve over sweet potato fries, baked sweet potatoes, or on a bun!
