I am lucky enough to get to work with invent help. Invent help sells all types of different innovative products. My first review with them is for their splash wash. The splash wash is a blow up water toy. The splash wash is sort of like a car wash for kids. When blown up it’s in a cube-like shape except for no ‘floor’ of course. Kids can walk or drive a bike or toy underneath the cube to be splashed with water.

I thought this was a really neat idea. Although it seems pretty basic I’ve never seen a water toy like this before. Seems how the water comes out from overhead, the device doesn’t require a ton of water pressure, which I’ve found is a problem with a lot of sprinklers that are suppose to throw water around. They never seem to work due to low water pressure. So I thought it was really innovative to make a product that doesn’t require a ton of water pressure. Of course the design itself is really unique also.

The splash wash is over 4 feet tall which surprised me some. The box says that this is designed for ages 5-12 and although I don’t see why 5 is the minimum age range, I can definitely believe that 12 year olds could still enjoy this product. Due to the large range of kids that could enjoy this, it’d be a great family present. Seems how the splash wash is so large, I was afraid of blowing it up sees how we don’t have an air pump. However it was surprisingly easy to blow up, despite it’s large size. I was definitely a bit winded after it was up, but I expected it to be much harder than it was.

The kids loved this and kept searching for more items to run through the car wash. I love how it encourages active play!

The only parts of the splash wash that I felt could be improved were the stability (it seemed to lean to one side even though it was as full of air as we could get it, though it didn’t tip over so not a huge deal) and I wish it had came with a larger box. The splash wash had had the air vacuumed out of it, which allowed it to fit into the box that it came in. However, it won’t fit back in the box unless the air is vacuumed out. Which is sort of frustrating because we have to wait for the splash wash to dry off so that we can bring it inside to have it vacuumed.

Overall we loved the splash wash and plan to use it for years to come.
