Because this company believes “life is more than just surviving day to day,” their high quality product line was developed to assist you in improving/maintaining your health. This includes products to help you attain or maintain a healthy weight, deal with hormone imbalances (for men and women), and other health concerns including joints/bones and vitamin deficiencies.

LiveWell prides itself on not only providing a high quality line of products but also in providing you (their valuable customer) with answers to your questions. You have the option of contacting them via email, phone or thru their website. For my review, I was sent the FEM ULTRA Complete Natural Hormone Regulator, dietary supplement. This supplement contains (among other ingredients), Black Cohosh, Blessed Thistle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Passion Flower, Chamomile, Saw Palmetto, Wild Mexican Yam, and Red Clover Tops. This blend is a natural alternative replacement designed to regulate and balance female hormones to improve symptoms of pre/post menopause, PMS and other female hormone imbalances. The recommended usage is 1 to 3 capsules daily. These are kosher gel capsules that contain no sugar, salt, wheat, yeast, dairy products or artificial flavors/colors.

I have been using this supplement for about a week. What I’ve noticed is that I feel more “even” throughout the day with less highs and lows. I haven’t been sleeping quite as well lately; however, I don’t think that has anything to do with these supplements. I have a feeling that has more to do with a new bedtime routine in our household. My body hasn’t quite adjusted to the earlier bedtimes so feels a need to wake up for a couple of hours around 1 AM. With that said though, even though my nighttime sleeping hasn’t been ideal, I’m still focused and on-task throughout the day…and I haven’t had any bouts with hot flashes, a short temper, or unexplainable tearful moments.
