Ecococoon is a new drinkware business based in Australia. Their mission is to offer stainless steel drinkware to nurture and protect, similar to a cocoon.  Ecococoon is focusing on reducing landfill and protecting the health of its customers.

In addition to their eco-friendly products, the Ecococoon company uses more that 50% recycled stainless steel. Their drinkware and packaging are 100% recyclable. Ecococoon cups and bottles come in a variety of sizes, colors, and designs.

For our review, we received two Medium Bottles in  Pink-Tourmaline and Purple–Amethyst colors. The Ecococoon Medium Bottles have a leak-free sports top and a protecting cocoon-cap making them user-friendly for all ages. The bottles are made with 18/8 stainless steel for strength and durability. They have a double wall which acts as insulation, meaning they will keep your drinks cold/hot for a long time.

My Daughters (ages 3 and 5.5 years old) love their new Ecococoon water bottles. The pink and purple colors are fun; the girls have decorated them with some (waterproof) stickers making their own custom designs. The Medium Bottles hold 500ml which I believe is about 16.91 ounces; this is a nice size for kids.

I want to tell you how well the double wall insulation works on the Ecococoon bottles. We were headed to a local lake for a picnic. I filled the Ecococoon bottles with ice and then the rest of the way with water. The next day, I went to refill the bottles and found that there were still ice cubes in the bottom of the bottle! Isn’t that great, on a warm summer day, the Ecococoon bottles kept ice frozen for over 24 hours.

We will be purchasing more Ecococoon bottles; this time I want one!
