This year, I wanted to start things off on the right foot. I looked around my home for things I could improve to make our day-to-day life a little less chaotic. I decided to start by cleaning and organizing our closets. It took some time to go through each of them cleaning out and donating unused items and then organizing what was left.

The closet that needed the most help in our home was mine. I began my closet make-over by removing everything. I did a quick sort removing all clothing that is now too large. As some of you may know, I have been working very hard on losing weight. I am officially ½ way to my goal weight. As you can imagine, this weight loss has brought many different sizes and styles of clothing into my wardrobe. After weeding them out by size, I then went through and really looked at each article deciding if it fit into my new style. After that, there wasn’t much left to put back in the closet, but those pieces that I did keep are important to me.

Now, on to the fun part (for me anyway), the ORGANIZING! I contacted Only Hangers for some help. I hung up all of my clothing on my Bamboo Flat Suit Hangers and then arranged them by colors. When I was done, my closet looked beautiful and I have so much space that I see a shopping trip in my future!
