Baby week is finally here! I hope you are all ready tons of baby product giveaways! The first company that I’m posting about is Dr. Carey’s . This is a truly unique baby gift idea. Dr. Carey’s kit includes his book, which explains all kinds of health and body related questions that you may have with your child in the first year of his life. The book addresses common concerns that parents have with new babies, such as addressing developmental milestones, rashes, umbilical cord care, poop questions, and other things as well. I can see this book being very useful for new moms, and could help avoid unnecessary doctor calls or visits.
The kit also comes with a blanket, a&d ointment, a thermometer (that has a 60 second readout), a pacifier, a nose suction bulb and a bottle for homemade saline solution. Products like diaper rash cream, a nose sucky and a thermometer are of course products that all new moms should have, but often get forgotten when people are buying for a baby shower or for the new baby. I think this kit is a very practical yet sweet gift.
