Roto Launcher from pump it up goodie bag

Roto Launcher from pump it up goodie bag

I was sent a goodie bag from pump it up for review. This isn’t your traditional goodie bag which is full of cheap plastic toys that break after 5 minutes of play, mixed with candy. Pump It Up aims to provide goodie bags that you actually feel good about handing out. Or actually don’t mind your kid receiving, if you happen to be on the receiving end instead. Pump it up goodie bags contain toys that can actually stand up to hours of play, instead of breaking right away, and there is no need to add candy seems how the toys are sufficient :). The goodie bag I received for review included side walk chalk, a roto launcher, thunder sticks and a disc shooter. I forgot to photograph the kids with these items so I took pictures of me with them instead, haha. Sorry about that.

The sidewalk chalk is great, regular ole sidewalk chalk. Nice and thick so great for even the smallest of party goers. The roto launcher is a basic toy yet very entertaining for kids. You simply pile on the handle and 3 flyers and then push the handle up to the top to launch them flying. Really easy to operate so again, even really little kids can play with this. We played with it inside and if you push the handle up quickly enough these will shoot all the way up to the ceiling and make a neat buzzing sound. I think the roto launcher is a great part of the goodie bag because it can be played with by really little kids but can also entertain the older crowd of kids. The thundersticks are also great for all age ranges. They are good and loud when smacked together, and I’m sure that boys especially would love ‘fighting’ with these. However, these are really loud so if these are given to kids mid-party be prepared for LOTS of noise! The last item included was the disc shooter. This is also a really basic concept but lots of fun. The discs can be shot really far. The only downside I found to this was the shooter has a storage area on the back of it and its easy to get the discs inside it for storage but a few times they’ve gotten really well stuck and been really hard even for myself or my boyfriend to try to get them back out. So that could definitely be frustrating for little kids. However, other than that we really liked everything about the goodie bags. When these first arrived I knew they would be much better than the traditional goodie bag, however i was still surprised with just how long the kids stayed entertained by these toys. I’m sure these will be a big hit with moms and kids alike at birthday parties!
