When I was asked to review a Clean+Green product I jumped at the chance.  With my 10 month old puppy I am always looking for good, safe cleaning products for my carpet especially.  I was allowed to pick out the product that I wanted to use.  Clean+Green as several products to choose from for dogs, cats, dogs and cats, birds and small animals.  The products range from Wood & Tile Cleaner for dogs, Litter Box Cleaner and Odor Remover, Furniture Refresher for dogs and cats, Cage for birds all the way to Small Animal All Purpose.  I chose the Dog Urine Odor and Stain Remover.

With the cleaner being all natural and safe for pets it drew me to the product very quickly.  It is very difficult to find products that are safe for the environment, pets and kids.  I have carpet in my home, so having a 10 month old puppy can be a little bit difficult.  He is doing very well and is almost house trained, but he does still have an occasional accident.  I used to cringe at the site of dog urine on the carpet, however after using the Clean+Product cleaner it doesn’t bother me as much.  Of course I would love my puppy to not have any accidents in the house at all, but we all know that isn’t going to be the case for awhile.  Not only is it important for me to have a product safe for my puppy, but also for my 3 year old at home so this product was a win win for me.

The first time my little pup wet on the carpet I soaked up the urine with a towel as normal and then I went and got my Clean+Green carpet cleaner.  I shook the can, sprayed and then just let it sit.  There was no scrubbing or cleaning of any kind afterwards.  How awesome is that!  After the spot was dry, there was no more odor on the carpet and the product did not stain or discolor my carpet.  Absolutely perfect product in my opinion!  I did not get the chance to try the Carpet and Upholstery spray on any furniture as we have leather sofas, but with the results I got from cleaning my carpet, I wouldn’t have any reservation to clean my furniture with it.
